We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join us to strategically and successfully lead a group of nurseries within the organisation, ensuring a strong focus on our workforce development, quality standards, and sustainability.
The nurseries will be managed within the EYFS framework to the very highest standards. You will ensure that at all times, Nursery Management, and staff teams act to ensure the welfare, care, and safety of the children in our care.
Your role will be to effectively deliver the company's strategic objectives of People, Finance, Quality and Partnerships to provide a sustainable business. You will focus on the following areas:
Some of your responsibilities:
- Prioritising nurseries to ensure focussed support for those who need it the most.
- To identify additional support required from the Head office departments.
- To deliver all financial and corporate targets for the region.
- To identify growth opportunities within the region.
- The Regional Director will liaise the Quality Director to ensure that as a company we are meeting the training needs through internal and external training events, communicating sector changes effectively and driving workforce practice and sustainability.
- Have complete understanding of current occupancy, targets, and growth opportunities about occupancy for the region.
- To review trading monthly and ensure that budgets for all sites are being managed well.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (Degree level advantageous).
- Proven leadership experience within an early years setting, with a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of early years education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
