Role details
Role: Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above)
Location: Garsington Day Nursery | Cowley | OX4 2SU
Contract: Permanent | 37.5–40 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working pattern: Monday–Friday between 7:30am–6:30pm - Choose a 4 or 5 day working week
Salary: £29,494.40 – £32,406.40 per annum (pro-rata) £14.18 – £15.58 per hour

About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a DfE-approved Level 3 early years qualification (or above)
- Are confident in the EYFS, working as a Key Person and delivering high-quality learning through play
- Enjoy observing, assessing, and supporting children’s development
- Are passionate about safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
- Love working collaboratively with children, families, and colleagues
- Are excited by the opportunity to be part of a new nursery journey from the start
