Job Introduction
We have an opportunity for you to join us at Childbase Partnership, an employee-owned company, in the role of Team Leader at our Highbury Lodge Day Nursery in Hitchin. You will join us on a full time basis and will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 07.30-18.30, Monday-Friday, all-year-round.
We are offering a pay rate of £13.50-£15.00 per hour with this role (£28,080-£31,200 per annum when working 40 hours a week).
We are seeking a very special person to join us in this room-based, leadership role. Someone who:
- holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting
- has excellent EYFS knowledge and is passionate about enabling children to become happy and confident learners
- through hands-on leadership and role modelling of best-practice, can inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and will ensure their team feel nurtured, supported and motivated
- thrives in a busy, team-orientated environment, champions partnership working and is supportive and sensitive to the needs of others.
