The role
As Nursery Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the leadership and success of your nursery.
You'll inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional early years practice, creating a culture where colleagues feel supported, valued and motivated to achieve their potential.
Working closely with your Area Manager and Regional Director, you'll lead on the operational and commercial performance of your nursery, including occupancy, financial performance, colleague retention and outstanding customer care.
Safeguarding will remain at the heart of your leadership. You'll ensure children receive the highest standards of care and education while maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for everyone.
About you
You'll be a Level 3 or above qualified early years professional with current, or very recent, experience of managing a large early years setting.
You'll bring:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Proven experience of leading, coaching and developing early years teams.
- The ability to create a positive culture and bring out the best in others.
- Experience of managing operational and commercial performance.
- A focus on occupancy, colleague retention and delivering an excellent experience for families.
- Confident, collaborative leadership and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children and parents.
