Join Childbase Partnership as a Nursery Manager

Location: Lime Grove Day Nursery | Hemel Hempstead | HP1 1JS.
Contract: Permanent | 37.5 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working pattern: Flexible shifts Monday-Friday between 7:00am-6:30pm, with the choice of a 4 or 5 day working week.
Salary: £42,178.50-£55,419 per annum (pro rata), plus discretionary bonus scheme.

About you

You'll be an experienced and inspirational leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional early years education.

You'll have:

  • A DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Current (or very recent) experience managing a large early years setting.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding, ensuring children and colleagues are always safe and supported.
  • Commercial awareness, with experience of managing occupancy, budgets, recruitment, retention and customer relationships alongside quality outcomes.
