Permanent | 37.5 hours a week | All year round

⏰ Shifts between 07:00–18:30, Monday–Friday
£42,178.50 – £55,419 per annum (pro rata) + discretionary bonus

⭐ About you
You’re an experienced and passionate early years leader who thrives on inspiring others.
- ✅ Level 3 (or above) early years qualification (DfE approved)
- ✅ Proven experience managing a large nursery setting
- ✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS and delivering outstanding practice
- ✅ A natural coach and mentor, developing high-performing teams
- ✅ A strong advocate for safeguarding and wellbeing
- ✅ Commercially aware, working closely with senior leaders to deliver on occupancy, financial, and retention targets
