You will join us as an internal recruiter  on a full-time basis working 40 hours a week, all-year-round.  This is a hybrid role working from our Head Office in Newport Pagnell 3 days a week and 2 days working from home.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Internal recruiter to join our recruitment and compliance team. To be successful in this challenging role, you must have proven experience within an in-house talent function and a strong track record of direct sourcing and end-to-end recruitment activities. You will be experienced in dealing with high volume positions on multiple sites, utilising your expertise in, sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking and attraction advertising to find the best talent for our business. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Managing the recruitment cycle from recruitment briefing to job offers 

  • Deliver effective direct sourcing (non-agency) to reduce cost per hire 

  • Advise on interview best practices 

  • Track recruitment metrics, reporting, and insights,  

  • Creating a great candidate and hiring manager experience  

  • Keeping track of the Job Boards that are utilised, ensuring return on investment is maximised 

  • Devising and running recruitment campaigns with hiring managers to attract the best talent for vacancies 

  • Manage and reduce agency spend and contribute towards implementing a PSL with yearly reviews 

  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit, source, and develop a talent pool 

  • Training and coaching hiring managers on how to utilise our ATS (Tribepad) 

Requirements for the role: 

  • Passion to recruit the best talent  

  • An excellent understanding of a robust recruitment process 

  • Able to successfully source candidates across a wide range of functions 

  • Understanding of the market including candidate motivations and drivers 

  • Strong, direct-hiring-focused, in-house recruitment experience 

  • Ability to review and develop recruitment strategies 

  • In-house and agency experience 

  • Experience of recruiting in operational functions 

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

  • Drives Results and ‘think outside the box’ mindset 

  • Experience using a CRM or ATS system
