As a Curriculum Lead in this brand-new role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and delivering high-quality, future-focused learning programmes that meet sector needs and exceed expectations.
As our new Curriculum Lead, you will:
- Lead the design and development of engaging, up-to-date curriculum content across multiple programmes, aligned with sector standards and learner needs.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, effective, and future-focused.
- Ensure compliance with Department for Education (DfE) guidelines and contribute to outstanding Ofsted inspection outcomes.
- Evaluate and improve curriculum quality, using data, feedback, and performance metrics to make evidence-based enhancements.
- Support assessors and trainers, providing resources and guidance to maintain high standards of delivery across the organisation.
- Champion innovation in learning, identifying new methods and technologies to improve learner engagement and success.
What We’re Looking For - We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong curriculum designer with a creative and analytical mindset, able to build programmes that are engaging, relevant, and high-impact.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with a clear understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and inspection standards (DfE and Ofsted).
- Collaborative and proactive, able to work across teams and influence stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Motivated by purpose, passionate about empowering others and making a tangible difference through education.
- Excited by innovation, always looking for ways to improve content, delivery methods, and learner engagement.
