About you

- You are passionate about helping others succeed: Whether you are already an experienced assessor or looking to move into training and assessment, you will enjoy coaching, developing and motivating others. You will support learners throughout their apprenticeship, carrying out workplace observations, reviewing evidence submitted through their e-portfolio and identifying opportunities.
- You are comfortable delivering face-to-face group training sessions at our EduBase Academy sites in Newport Pagnell, Oxford and Southall and at the learner’s workplace, cascading your knowledge of the apprenticeship standards to support learners to achieve.
- You are an advocate for safeguarding: You always ensure the well-being and safety of the children in our nurseries, your learners and your colleagues.
- You are collaborative: You enjoy working in partnership with others across our partnership and with external employers and professionals, are skilled in tailoring your communication and teaching style, will attend regular standardisation meetings, and direct and support your learners to resources in preparation for achieving functional skills.
