Permanent | 37.5 hours/week | 52 weeks/year
Working pattern:
Varied shifts Monday–Friday between 07:30–18:30
Salary:
£25,389–£30,517.50 per annum (pro-rata) | £13.02–£15.65 per hour

About you

You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating exceptional customer experiences.

You'll bring:

  • Experience working in a busy reception, administration or customer service environment.
  • A warm, welcoming and professional approach, whether greeting visitors or supporting families by phone, email or face-to-face.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence using computer systems to manage enquiries, maintain family records, prepare invoices and resolve queries.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the Nursery Manager with diary management, ordering and day-to-day administration.
  • A genuine commitment to safeguarding and ensuring every child feels safe, valued and happy.
